- Shipping & Delivery
- For shipping we use either Swedish Post or Hong Kong SpeedPost depending on the dispatched warehouse location. Delivery times related to these ship methods are usually between 7 and 10 business days once the product leaves the warehouse.
- Returns & Replacements
- Karl Ivan products are made to last for their natural life. Our products are made from natural materials which can vary slightly in color and texture. Slight variations in color are not considered defects but rather symptoms of the natural product. Our bags are folded for shipping and storage - any creases caused in shipping will fully recover after its first use.

Karl Ivan gladly accepts returns of unused, or defective merchandise purchased through our web site for a full refund of the item price.Returns and exchanges can only be made for purchases made through www.karlivan.com. Items purchased through retail stores or from other online retailers are not eligible for exchange or return through this website.
Return shipping is to be covered at the expense of the customer. We suggest that all items be sent via registered mail or courier service so that they can be tracked.
- The item should be returned in its original packaging, when possible and with all paperwork, parts, tags and accessories
- You must provide an invoice on all returns
warranty
Karl Ivan products are covered for a period of six months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and does not cover any damages caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, and neglect of the product or as a result of an unauthorized repair.
For all warranty related services a $5.00 return shipping and handling fee will apply. Once your product has been received and the defect is found due to manufacturer’s workmanship, we will have it repaired. In the event that it cannot be repaired we will replace the item with the same style or an equivalent style of equal value based on the original purchase price.
- Ordering
- Once you've chosen your products, add them to your cart by clicking on the "Add to cart" button and click on "Check out".
Your order will be processed in a series of stages:
- Register by creating your own account or login with your email address and password.
- Complete the delivery information: receiver's name and shipping address
- Approve the product price and delivery charge
- Fill in the payment information via Paypal
- Confirm the order through paypal. An email will be sent as a confirmation that your order is being processed.
- Viewing Orders
- To view your orders, login to your account and click on the "view orders" link under the "My Account" box on the left side of the page.
- Updating Account Information
- To update your account, simply login and edit the desired information. Upon completion remember to save your changes.
